I have never had any problem with Auto Zone as a business, but the customer service in this store is REALLY bad. I went in to ask a few questions about my car and all I got was smart jokes. I needed to know about a part that was on my car, and which part I would need. I don't know much about cars, and I just really don't have the money to pay a mechanic all the time. They never did answer any of my questions. They asked me if I had turn the car up side down to see if it would start that way and asked if I had checked the air in the tires, which would have had nothing to to with the car not starting, to see if that would help. Needless to say all they wanted to do was make fun of me and degrade me.I ended up leaving the store and going to a different business to purchase the part. I will NEVER go back to that store again and I do not recommend it to anyone else.
