I got a puppy from here about a month ago and when I brought her home she pooped out living worms. I knew the store had a bad name but I couldn't leave the poor puppy there. When I called to let them know they didn't seem worried at all, didn't care. I took her to my vet the following day because more and more worms started coming out and she was miserable. At this point I didn't even care about the $. The wormer this place treats their pups with doesn't cover tapeworms. My vet said she showed signs of recent flea infestation which causes tapeworms! At 7wks old!! How sad :( I sent a message to owner and never heard back. I hope the rest of her siblings are ok!!! This place needs to be shut down!!! They don't deserve one star!

We purchased a kitten for Christmas that came home urinating blood. When we called back they advised me to return the kitten and they would have it put to sleep. I have kept the kitten and he is doing much better after proper medical care. I would not recommend this place for anyone or animal. They say they have a health guarantee but do not honor it. I am reporting them to the bbb and humane society. This place needs to be shut down.

Place smells, sick and dead animals in cages too small for them, there are dead animals in the freezer. Not very helpful either.

I have had a great experience with this local business. I have a parrot, dog and cat. Many times I have asked for special food or product and they are always very happy to order what I want if they do not have it in stock. Please support them!!
