Provided by YP.comBEWARE, this office will nickel and dime you until they have all your hard earned money. They are charging us $25.00 per person to simply transfer our charts. We called other offices and none of them charged to transfer records. There are many other great choices go somewhere where you will be the priority, not the almighty dollar.
