i wish i could say i never had to hire an
attorney in my life but i can say this has been the only time an attorney i

I was in a great deal of trouble in council bluffs and incarcerated for a week on my first trip through the awful state of iowa. The bail bondsman who bonded me out gave me michael hoopers card and from there forth my mind was put at ease. I went home to pennsylvania and he appeared on my behalf through all the steps of my court process. I showed up for a few hours to be sentenced and he got me a deferred judgement and probation for a charge that could have landed me 5 years in prison. Besides being a great lawyer, he is a really awesome guy. Thanks again.

I am an attorney and have been in trouble twice in my life. Both times involved DUIs. When I was stopped for my second DUI (this time in Iowa), I called on Michael to represent me. He couldn't have done anything more to make the awful experience less painful. He was able to get my charge reduced to first offense DUI on a number of clever theories. As a result, I was able to face much less stringent ramifications/costs/jail time for my misconduct. Michael appeared in court on my behalf throughout the process. I recently found myself in alot of trouble while on a business in Council Bluffs. While I was worried about my future and freaking out. Michael told me to relax and he would take care of everything. After getting the run around by a few other law firms over a couple days time, I found Michael Hooper.I should have just called him first, but like I said, I wasnt familiar with lawyers in the area. In any event, I met with Michael the same day I called and this man did exactly what he said he would do. After he looked at my case during my one and only meeting with him, he assured me he could make it all disappear and he did.
