I did graphics on their 4 tow trucks 6 months ago and cashed out $800 to do the work and refused to pay the $1000 bill! Reflective is what they requested and i told them it would cost much more. He said no problem...I ask for half up front so i don't do work for free and i started and was 80% done and asked for my $500 to finish the work and they only wanted to argue that the work was not completed. I was warned by another sign shop not to do business with them! I should have listened! I dont know how they tow but their professionalism is slim to none!
