I have been here many times. This place has been in business a long time, I've met a few different managers and the current manager is an x bull rider cowboy type, that hates drugs, and wont rent to any people that take them. He said after he refuses to rent to them or kicks them out, they post crazy bad reviews. This is not a fancy motel but the Manager keeps a close watch on the property, and the Perfect Stay Inn is the best priced motel in council bluffs.

Feel safe with the management and can't beat the price!

Let me save you the cost of dealing with bed bugs and the people that run this place are so messed up on drugs and very dirty n it doesn't matter if it's cottages or the NASTY ASS MOTEL THEY ARE SOOOOOO GROSS!!!!! We took lots of pics and hired a team to take this place down IVE LIVED HERE MY WHOLE LIFE AND THESE LOSER AND THIS NASTY HOLE MUST GO ALONG WITH THE OWNER THAT IS A SLUM HIMSELF!!!!!

I currently stay there and every roomand cabin I've been are infested the couches the bed are infested manager gets mad because we tell him about them and not he want us to leave Petty Murphy if your not trying to get eating alive from BED BUGS DO NOT STAY THE HERE

The guy thatruns the place is a complete creeper when does once every single person on the property to have a photo ID watches every move you make the rooms are filthy haven't been upgradeddoesn't allow any pants totally outdated dirty dirty gross don't waste your money
