We are from Dallas, and EVERY time I stay in Omaha, I will stay here! I have 5 kids under the age of 8, so I notice things like friendly staff, clean carpet, room size, noise levels and quality of breakfast buffet food a bit more than your average person! This place is wonderful in every way! The hotel staff treats you as if you are their star customer. The breakfast buffet is amazing! It is not just stiff bagels and Tang in a pitcher (you know what I'm talking about!) They have an entire room of food and two friendly staff members keeping things full and clean! The rooms are clean and when they say "suite" they really do mean suite! There is a dividing wall between the front and back rooms and a kitchenette that is separate from the bathroom area. I called down to the desk to ask if they have cribs available and before I got my shoes on to go down and get it, there was a knock at the door and the guy had run it up himself! I am not affiliated with the hotel in any way. Test this review, just give the hotel a call and ask them ANYTHING, the staff is friendly, helpful and willing to answer all your questions... no matter how trivial they might be! Trust me, you WANT to stay here! They have really have raised the bar!
