I was a new patient at Timber Ridge Dental Group. At first, I was a little apprehensive about going because of the reviews that I read, but I decided to experience the visit for myself. My regular dentist referred me for a build up of a tooth, but I ended up getting it pulled. My experience was great. The receptionist was very kind and so was the rest of the staff. Dr. McNully was the dentist that performed the procedure and he was very careful in explaining everything to me. He also kept checking to make sure that I was ok. It was a pleasant visit. The only complaint that I have is that I had to wait awhile before I was seen because they had so many patients but everyone was great. I would certainly go back again.

Everyone makes you feel welcomed, the entire is friendly and talks to as if they know you personally. I love how the staff treats their patients! The staff are professional and well trained! "THERE IS NO PLACE BETTER". No other dentist office compares! My 30 minute drive is well worth it!

This office is beyond fabulous! From the moment I called to schedule my emergency appointment they were nothing but accomodating to scheduling me as well as taking care of all my dental needs. When I walked in the front door I was greeted in as if I had been a long time patient. When the doctor was telling me exactly what treatment I needed he made sure I understood every step of the way. I was in and out of there in a sufficient timely matter and have gone back for all my dental needs since. I highly recommend this office & dentists

The Staff at western Iowa are so friendly and helpful. The Drs are Great !!!! Very Nice and explained my treatment to me so that I understood what I needed.The nurse was so helpful and Caring. I would tell anyone looking for Dental care to come Here

The dentist and staff at Western Iowa Dental Group are amazing! I always feel that I am important to them when I have a dental appointment! I love coming to this office everyone is so friendly and I personally think they are the best dental officec in the area. I would not go any where else, Love these guys

Excellent dental office that really cares about your dental needs!

When I was seen at Western Iowa Dental, I felt that the staff and Dr.s were very caring and explained all my treatment with words I could understand. I have been to other offices and they ust terms I am not familar with and I did not feel comfortable. I felt that this office reached out to me to make sure I had a very firm understanding of the dental work I need to have. I have since sent 4 of my co workers and have heard just great things.
