I think the managers do what they can but because the owner refuses to fix anything it is made it very difficult for them. The outside is looking rough and the bay areas are needing work as some have been broken forever. It is very frustrating as a customer to pull in to a bay and realize the speaker doesn't work.

Many of the order stations do not work. Everytime I go there it is a challenge to get waited on because many of their buttons do not work. I have told them multiple times that the buttons do not work. They won't even take the time to put out of order signs on them. It is very frustrating! It's just easier to go across the street to Dairy Queen.

Terrible service terrible management and even worse quality I went inside to complain about my order and the cooks were talking about weed and the manger was denying service to a customer ordering ice cream saying it was "broke that Mona had to come fix it" multiple times in a week
