Had done business with IL while they were in Berwyn. Service dept was horrible then, and still is, even in the new location. They have lied for years re: cost. When you go to p/u the bike, it is always more than the quote. I stopped going for over 3 yrs, and just brought the bike in again . . . originall quoted $420. Now its $750 . . . same crap. Stupid me. Never, ever again.

I will never return to this dealership they charge you for parts you don't needyou take your bike into one thing the charger what type of business etiquette is this
