I called him on a Saturday morning to see if he could come look at my Whirlpool Elite washing machine that would fill with water after it had been turned off. He came by that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and said he would return the following Saturday.True to his word he did. He was fair, honest, and best of all used factory replacement parts.After he was done with the washer I asked him to check my dryer. He did, found a minor problem with the vent exhaust hose and repaired it on the spot. He was very conscientious and left the laundry room cleaner than he found it! I will recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair services.

My hot water heater was leaking. I called Mr Appliance and he came the same day to check it. That same evening he brought me a new one and installed it. I was impressed with the way he cleaned up and his efficiency.Thumbs up.
