Decaf always tastes burnt; this is the only DD I have this problem. The clerk even made me a fresh pot. Employees are nice enough.

I have been to this store numerous times, various times of day, and to no satisfaction any one time. In fact this is the only dunkin donuts on my comute to and from work and I have in fact boycotted this location. The coffee always tastes burnt and bitter/strong. The sales associates never seem to get my order right and are downright rude if you try to correct them. I had actually called to complain to a manager once and was basically yellled at that it was my fault they gave me half coffee/ half hot choc. --as a dunkachino, because I should have known the company discontinued the product and that is how they substitute it. NOt to mention the parking lot is such a disorder, that I have many times encountered cars waiting on the main road to get in as the drive-thru is that backed up. And when its like that you cant even get to park because the drive-thru line blocks the actual parking lot, so you can't even physically walk from your car into the store if you wanted. OVER PRICED AND OVER-RATED, I SAY EAT AT HOME!!!!
