I hired All Phase Heating and Cooling to replace an old oil furnace, create two heating zones and do duckwork for one more room.
This work consisted of two steps:
1. Replace the old oil furnace and oil burner with new ones. Make two zones. Connect one zone to existing registers and attach two more registers to this zone. Dispose the old furnace.

2. Connect the second zone to another separate room - install three registers and one return.

They took over $6000.00 and ran away. Not even finishing the step 1:
the old furnace was not removed from our basement;
one old register is not connected at all;
the oil burner is not installed professionally - All Phases heating contractor doesn't have enough qualification to install oil burners. During the oil burner installation they violated the manufacturer procedures. So, it voids the manufacturer warranty.

My wife spent two months asking them to remove the old furnace. They disrespect their customers.

They never replied to my emails. They rejected to give me the owner's full name and his license #.

Since July 25 they started to make fun of me and my wife.
Each week they started to schedule an appointment to finish the work.
Aug. 1; Aug. 8; Aug. 15 and yesterday Aug. 23.

Each appointment nobody showed up to do the work. Nobody called me that they will be late. Nobody call me to reschedule the appointment. When I call the office they say the workers on their way to my house. So, each time I waited all day long. but nobody showed up.

Yesterday (Aug.23) I was waiting for them to complete the work. The work was schedule from 9.00AM to 11.00AM. At 9.00 I talked to Maureen. She told me that technicians are on their way to my house.
Nobody showed up. Nobody called me toreschedule the appointment.

Bad poor company. Lack of qualification to do HVAC work.
They disrespect their customers and make fun of them.

I had no hot water so I needed a company that could come out and help right away. I called All Phase and they came out and fixed the problem the same day.

Great Service. I had issues with my boiler and Josh came right out repaired the issue the day after I called. Very quick and professional service

Very impressed with how quickly All Phase squeezed me in, with such a busy time of year for this type of business they installed my Carrier system for air the same week I contacted them. They even gave me a 5 year labor warranty on my system, no other company could offer that when I was shopping around.

All Phase was punctual, professional, and very good at what they do, they came to my house to check up on my Furnace and they fixed a leak and they were very thorough and I haven't had issues since they came by.

Tremendous customer service, very honest business, and Peter was very helpful when he came to give me an estimate, and his prices were very fair and much lower than the bigger companies.

I needed some service on my condenser unit outside of my home as over the last two years it was due for a cleaning, Pete came to my house the next day after I had called his office and was finished within the hour of showing up, since he cleaned things up everything has been running fantastic. If you're in need of this type of service definitely call All Phase.

My air unit wasn't cooling and I gave all phase a call, Maureen set me up with Peter who arrived and charged my unit back up and found and fixed a leak in my system. Highly impressed with the professionalism and speed the company works at. Peter was in and out and very knowledgeable.

So I needed to have central air installed on the new house my family had just moved into, and All Phase was first class and completely professional throughout doing business, Peter came to our home for an estimate and gave an extremely reasonable price and squeezed my family in two weeks earlier than expected because my child has asthma, with such a caring act and a prompt install I would highly recommend giving All Phase a call.

Came to my house to point the problem with my furnace, collected the fee and never returned to fix my heat. Call Gem plumbing and heating who is much more professional and less expensive.

Our furnace went out Thursday night and they came Friday to check it out. Our 48 year old furnace was put to rest today when they came and installed it as promised and spot on with there quote. We highly recommend them for there prompt and courteous service.

This is the worst company ever!! Peter is incredibly unreliable and doesn't care if he wastes your time all day. This is the third time he was supposed to come at 8 AM and he never showed up I had to call 3 times and they kept promising he was on his way. He wasted my time all day waiting for him. He has made me wait 3 different days when my appointment was supposed to be first thing in the morning for all 3 and he would never call or show up at all. Don't waste your time he will never show up for your appointment!
