This exchange for Dr's office's left inaccurate messages, did not page Dr's when necessary, did not log accurately with

"selective" logging/omitted multiple messages left by patients so as to hide their unprofessional responses to callers; operators were caught trying to give patients medical advice themselves! Operators were also caught putting urgent calls on hold and then hanging up on them and lying to patients saying that Dr's were called, when they never were paged in the first place. Patients were left in pain w/no response from Dr.'s because they were never paged! Unprofessional behavior by employees--a complete outrage. Complaints generated from patients AND Doctors.
