This company told me they would rent me an apartment after i had gone through the application process and paid $60 for our credit checks they fired the onsite manager. I followed up with the district manager and she assured me everything was still ok and would be ready for me to rent. She also asked for the $500 deposit. I followed up again on the day I agreed with the manager to take the deposit and they told me the amount of the rent was the wrong amount quoted and that they had ALSO rented the apartment to someone else in error. Had I not called them in advance we would have never been aware of the situation because they didn't take the initiative to advise me of their error!

Avoid doing business with this company!
