Charles & Ruben are the best service advisors. They always have a smile for me and make sure that my car is washed and everything is OK before I leave.

I did not buy my VW at Bozzani, but I do get it serviced there. The service department is great, so convenient that they are open on Saturdays too. The guys are friendly and work hard, and you get a free car wash with every service, cant beat that!

Edgar is an amazing salesman. He greeted us in the lot with a friendly smile, and enthusiasm. You can tell that Edgar loves what he does. He did not try to pressure me into buying an expensive car that I didn't need; he was VERY honest and straight-forward. I was looking at the VW Jetta GLI with him. He let me test drive this baby. I was surprised to hear him asking more questions about me than about making his sale. I came out of Bozanni with a better perspective on VW, and a new friend. I will come back again, and ONLY ask for Edgar. His quality of work exceeds any other sales consultants my friend and I have seen in the last few months.
