Bridges Counseling is the Best! The counselors I've dealt with in the past would listen, but wouldn't listen. I'm not quite sure if that makes sense so if it doesn't, now you know why my wharped mind needs a couselor. I attend Covina Asssembly of God and was referred by one of the Pastors to Robin from Bridges. At first I wasn't really receptive to his well thought out yet extremely patient approach and for an impatient guy like me it was hell. But BOY WAS I WRONG! I will never even think of going to another counselor because even he challenged me when he had to, but he made it a point to not only symphasize with me, but empathise with me.That means allot to someone when you know that your speaking to someone who doesn't only feel what your going through, but puts themselves in your shoes. He would never try to give you BS Approach of claiming we've accomplished allot but have a long way to go, because that could get costly. Most counselors do that because they want you to pay for more sessions. But not Robin, he has always told me that he likes to move as fast as I will go as long as there is consistent improvement in my behaviors. But as soon as I take a step backwards, that's when he stops and focuses on what got me there. He's always honest no matter what the situation is. He never will sugar coat your situation and always keeps his Christian Values as a Focal Point in his Work. Thats why Robin Thomas is in my Opinion The Best Counselor I've seen in my Life Ever! Robin if you are Reading this, I may not show you while I'm there how much of an impact you've had on my life, But I'm telling the world! I love you man!
