Certified Technicians is by far a great company. After 3 failed companies, Steve came out to my home and repaired the problem to my A/C. Steve also repaired my Butler Ice machine that every company said was unrepairable. Certified Technicians has great customer service and they are reasonable on pricing. Thanks Steve!

Avoid at all costs. This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. The only reason they get business is from forced home warranty referrals. Such a disgrace. Terrible customer service, rude and argumentative for no reason. Another reason why home warranties are terrible idea, no freedom to avoid terrible, immoral people like Steve from Certified Technicians.

The guy was extremely rude and horrible customer service (telling me I hate coming to LA, because there's no parking) and did not want to fix my ac. He said that the reason why my ac was making noise because it wasn't elevate straight, so my handy man elevated the ac was still making ticky noise so I called him and he wasn't any help.
