had the worst the experience in my life today at the store! I was cheated out of money and was treated rude by the new owner. I was told that classes were not refundable when they always had been. She proceeded to bad mouth past employees, who were always kind and would work with you ; and in the past the classes were refunded, tell me what product was bought by attending a classes, so I should have received the refund no questions asked , I was forced to buy product that I did not need. Please read YELP for the whole story. I was a customer for 6 years and will no longer shop here as the prices have been hiked significantly. I was treated like a criminal by having an employee follow me around will I had to pick product ( keep in mind I bought a classes and not product, in which product is bought at wholesale so I did not get my money's worth). be cautious when shopping here. She lost a customer in me, and on my travels during shop hop I will be vocal about the experience in this store.
