My house had broken sprinklers. I reported them to Lordon and they came out to replace it.

I requested for my pool key to be be mailed and Lordon sent it out and it was there the next day.

I had a leak at my condo and I contacted Lordon who sent out a plumber in a very timely manner.

I been living here now for 22 yrs , never never been late, Lately I get 2 statements showing previous balances. According to my records, I have paid Oct, on 10/1/15 Check #2061 for $154.78 and it was cashed on 10/4/15. Nov. was paid 11/1/15 for $155.67 and was cashed 11/4/15. So please check your records and make the necessary corrections. It is very embarrassing to me .

I was doing a refinance for my borrower and Lordon was able to provide the insurance information for me, Lordon was very helpful.

Lordon Mismanagement -- amateurs without BB Bureau accreditation. They run our HOA in Fillmore, CA. The dues went up over 40% (two times!), no kidding. Lordon, the state limit is 20%, duh. But they wouldn’t enforce their own parking, dog walking, noise, child safety and other regulations. For 6 yrs, they were collecting fees for the main gate that never closed and started charging for our dinky swimming pool a whole year before it opened. Lordon reduces HOA directors to puppets. The legal BS they spam homeowners with only talks about your duties, but never rights. Is your place alright? No worries. Lordon will find a way to make it suck. Or two. O three on a good day.

I lost my pool key, Lordon provided me with a new key without a chage and mailed it to my home.

I requested for a copy of the CC & R's Lordon referred me to a condocerts.com where I was able to purchase this.

I requested for insurance name and contact for my lender and Lordon was very prompt with getting me this information.

I needed closing figures right away. Lordon's office was at lunch. I left a message within 15 mins of returning from lunch I received a call with closing figures. I am very pleased :)

I needed my gate opener replaces and I called and they had it ready for me to pick up and it was brand new.

I called to have the Lien removed from my property and the Lordon removed it and sent me a copy.

Requested for HOA docs and I was refered to condocorts.com which was much faster.

I requested for a release on my property and the department had it prepared that same day and was sent for recording!

I got behind on my dues and before Lordon sent me to collections they offered me a payment plan with them. Sure did save my hide!

I had a broken sprinkler and I contacted my management comp. (Lordon) and it was covered under the HOA insurance. Someone was out at my house first thing in the morning to fix the sprinkler head

My insurance was expired and Lordon referred me to my insurance company to send to my lender!

My lender needed a copy of my master Ins. policy (HOA). Lordon was able to help me obtain that info for me

I needed my gate remote programmed, I brought it to Lordonon my lunch within 5 min my remote was programmed and I was on my way to work. Great customer service!
