If your considering building a pool with Mr. Carols. my advise is DON'T DO IT. You will find your self aimlessly making decisions, over seeing the job and in a constant state of frustration. They have an outstanding sales team such as Steve, Wes and Gary himself. They are knowledgeable, charming and low sales pressure, however there contract is obscure, many up charges will be added and illegals will be assisting in the labor to keep there over head low. The do not offer a project manager or help are willing to do you want if you tell them exactly what you want but offer you advice, help or project manager. You may even get talked out of the upgrade you paid for. You will never meet the owner and they do not have a professional office from what I understand. The people i have spoken to that have contracted Mr. Carlos have had the same dreadful experience as I it has been over 7 months and the pool still is not complete nor is any help available. It does not take long before working with Mr. Carlos and gang puts a strain on your marriage.



Did I mention that Mr.Carlos of 50 years is dead and they run there business under someone else's contractors license. Beware you may get a visit from the state contracting board like i did and several other past clients. It makes one feel foolish when they are confident in there choice of pool builder and get taken for a ride. w wise shop around and do your homework.

Mr. Carlos Pools did a great job! Gary at Mr. Carlos is very fair and they stand behind their work. Four years ago they installed a pool and backyard stone and still very happy with it. Even when normal wear and tear happened they came out 4 years later to fix a minor issue. They are the best!

They are helpful,professional, and good for those that are on budget as well.They gave me recommendations on materials that would go well with the house ideas that would help integrate the pool design to make it look like it belongs in the backyard. If you are debating between pool companies, DON'T!! Mr. Carlos pools will get it done right and make sure that you get the pool you want.

Back in 2008 I was looking for a company to build my pool. After a lot of sales pitches and too good to be true type offers from other companies, I found Mr. Carlos Pools. I spoke to the sales person right away and immediately felt he was genuine and by the end felt very good about the conversation. An associate came to my house a few days later and we discussed everything down to the details. He was straightforward and I liked that. I was comfortable with the quoted price and felt good about trusting them to fulfill their promises. They broke ground in October and finished mid-November. These pros are efficient! Since then I've had some warranty issues with the equipment, and Mr. Carlos Pools has been there for me every time. If I ever need a pool built again in a future home, these are the guys who will do it. Thanks to Mr. Carlos and his crew for making things so easy.

They did a great job on our new pool. It was done on time and there was someone working on it every single day. I was pleased that they would be done so quick. The results are fabulous.

I've had the fortune to have been able to build two pools at two homes that I've lived in. The first time I chose a large company in California and overall the experience was a pain, very expensive, and poor quality. This time around I did some research and decided on Mr. Carlos Pools. Gary came out and we talked about what I wanted. I'm not one who is easily impressed but the communication, price, and quality are second to none as far as I'm concerned. I have the ability to work from home so I was there for the whole process. Absolutely awesome job! Kudos to Gary's team - they deserve a bonus this year!

There were no hidden fees or surprises throughout the entire project. The construction was scheduled to take 90 days and it did. All of the equipment provided are of top quality. Excellent experience.

The final product surpassed all of our expectations. We highly recommend Mr. Carlos Pools to anyone.

We have had an excellent experience with Mr. Carlos Pools. We found the process of designing and building the pool to have been surprisingly easy and we are delighted with the finished product (we are using it constantly)!

I had Mr Carlos install a new pool a few years ago. IT has a waterfall and heat and indoor controls. All of which are great! I have remained satisfied with their continued service of my pool. With their expertise I would recommend them to anybody in search of a designer pool without the Gucci price tag.
