This is a very nice school. However: If children are walking to school it wasn't long ago we noticed a male Hispanic , suspiciously pointing his flash light. I'm not sure if he still resides at: 625 W. Grondahl St. Hopefully the police can be informed. In regards to the pervert. We noticed the pervert standing pointing a flash light. Its unknown if the pervert lives in the house. If he is legal or illegal ? Or if he still at this house? Or if the house is for sale ? Never the less the police should know. In regards to the safety of children that walk home from school. It might be some kind of pervert lure tactic ? Its too bad this street is not properly patrolled by the police like it should be. We noticed the pervert pointing his flashlight . When we were visiting relatives. Not even one police was properly patrolling the streets. For public safety. Its bad enough its believed this very same house had been previously known for selling street drugs. Yet, the owner turned a blind eye. At: 625 W, Grondahl St. In Covina. There should at least be security patrolling the streets. For public safety . Now that gangs are moving in. Because of low cost of living. Or maybe they need more police. This pervert might be another : Ted Bundy?
