I have always taken my shoes here for repairs. He fixed the broken zipper on my leather purse beautifully. Quality work. He also has a friendly cat that sometimes sit’s in the window. Love it!!

Excellent kind craftsmanship who works hard to satisfy his customers. Expensive but fair. A nice man.

He lost my 300 dollar boots after a week! I Came back numerous times with my ticket in hand. He comes off nice but he is one of the most unorganized business owners I have ever known. My Mom said they lost a purse of hers years ago. Cal Poly Pomona sent students out to help him organise his shop when located in Eastland Shopping Center as a grant and they gave up. I asked him if after all this time he would at least make it good and let me get a new pair of boots. He turned on me and basically said no after he tried to make me feel sorry for him that he has no car anymore. I said I trusted you and I have no boots either. He is a good shoe worker if you don't leave anything and Beware! Otherwise he screwed a long time customer and friend.

Nicest guy! Very helpful, i couldnt beleive hoe good he fixed my dhoe after my dog chewed it up! Cant even tell! And so reasonable
