Tony answered my phone call at 7 AM on a Friday morning when I had a lot of questions about another HVAC contractor recommending a new system. After I explained I was just looking for information, not to change contractors (well, at least not at that time) Tony provided explanations. Less than 3 hours later, I called Tony back and asked him when he could come evaluate my situation. He came on a Saturday morning, which was more convenient for my husband and me. Tony quickly identified the source of the leak and determined we needed a new evaporator coil and TXV. He handled getting the replacement parts under the manufacturer’s warranty. This saved us a lot of money versus having to purchase a new HVAC system. I am happy to say that we now have cold air coming from our A/C for the summer months ahead. Tony made the replacement process easy for us. Tony maintained good communication with us throughout the process-educating us, patiently answering questions, keeping us aware of information and verifying the manufacturer’s warranty was in effect for the old coil. The price was great. Service was excellent. He arrived when he said he would, took care of the issue, and offered his HVAC services if we should need them in the future. It is never desirable to have an issue with your HVAC, but when you do call Tony at 72 Degrees Comfort. I am confident that by employing his services, you will have a similar experience.
