Good experience over all, professional and friendly staff. I felt taken care of.

I made an appointment for 8:00 am, Three others arrived at the same time I did and we were each taken back quickly and at the same time. Each of us was assigned a nurse who worked with us all day. I was seen by Dr. Cooley, a female dentist. She was professional, compassionate and funny. I went in for a permanent upper and to have teeth pulled in prep for a temporary lower. The permanent upper Dr. Cooley made is terrific. It fits like a glove. The lower has been a struggle, I was aware a lower denture was not as easy to adjust to as the upper and Dr. Cooley advised me of this as well. I had 9 teeth pulled and was given a prescription for a pain killer (I took 2 the first day, but found aspirin worked just as well. Still have a whole bottle). They made adjustments to the lower partial to make wearing them while my mouth healed much easier. All in all - these folks could not have been nicer or more professional. Love Dr Cooley and all of her assistants!

I had an appt. on Wed, they took my impression, then the dr, said that she was going to put some gel on my gum, and about 5 minutes later she come back and says she's going to num my gums and that the shot should merely feel like a sting, well should I say more. Then about 5 more minutes she begin to pull mt teeth telling me that I shouldn't feel any pain but some pressure, duh,, I felt everything and when it was over she told me to come back around 3:00 pm and said to her I had told the aide that I was on route and that I would have to come back tomorrow, So she goes to find out who I talked to, Duh.. Then she comes back and tell me to come back tomorrow at 8:30 got seen at 9:30 after having a bit of an argument with the recep,, Another Dr, examined me and took my partial and precede to trim, cut and shave the partial and after 3 attempts she said you should have bought the package because this will not fit in about two weeks. So I said to her I need to come back in two weeks and get the one that in fit until I'm tried of them She said no, that's not how it works. Me: Why should I buy a spare when it needs to be right from the start. Keep in mind they made the partial that I came there with, but said they could not add a teeth to it. But I am still wearing my old plate because it's too far to travel (80 miles) to keep leaving with the same problem. I'd much rather wait two weeks to get it done right. I told them that the partial they made was sitting on top on one of my teeth. Even thou they messed up, you still have to wait to be seen, unreal. Unsatified customer

I made an appointment for a partial. I didn't need it done all in one day, but the receptionist said that I had to do it all in one day. I wanted a late morning appointment but she said that I need to be there by 8:00 at the latest. So I get there at 7:58 and wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I finally asked when I would be seen. The lady said that there are 2 people a head of me. Four more people are called and I am stilled not seen. I ask again when I would be called back. She told me that there were more people ahead of me and that I would have to wait. I LEFT. They WAY OVER SCHEDULE. WAITING ROOM IS PACKED AND THE WAIT IS LOOOOONNNNNNGGGG.

I am not happy with what happened to me here. everyone who worked there were really nice, no problem there. my problem is when they took my dental impresstion they didnt take it right. they made the impresstion way to big. i have been in pain for a few weeks now, and they keep telling me thay are soory thet messed my teeth up, and because we did we need you to come back for another upper impresstion.but till then you cant eat anything, other then soft food, we cant help that you are in pain day and night. we cant give you any more pain meds for it. so if you go and get your teeth done here be prepared to not eat for a couple of weeks and be in pain for nights and days
