I wanna say that the review I wrote about David earlier is completely false he is not a registered offender in anyway he just fired me and I was up set ..that’s all he’s no angel but he’s not wht I said

Courtesy and civility are dead; terrible customer service and surly technicians. Multiple cancellations after we’d waited the entire day and then they’d be a rude no-show. Home Warranty companies are disgraceful for inflicting them on paying customers. JUST A DISGRACE AS A BUSINESS AND SERVICE.

I recently had a service technician sent to my home via American Home Shield. The technician was very unprofessional his whole Demeanor Attitude not very welcoming
for a person working in the service field. He made me feel as if he didn't want to do the job AS if he was doing me some sort of favor. NOT THE TOO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Not the company you want to use. Work with AHS. Look for business with higher scores. Left me with no AC all summer.

I was referred to this company by my home warranty company. The technician who was sent to my house was very rude and unprofessional. Since he was having a hard time finding my house, he became frustrated and instead of listening to my directions, he began screaming at me and saying "I don't have time for this!!! I have other places to be!!!" After this rudeness was displayed I told him that his services were no longer needed and that I would also be contacting my home warranty company. When the home warranty company called to find out the name of the technician, the person who answered the phone would only give his first name and refused to give his last name.



Save your time and energy and do not do business with this company. I feel that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and should not have to tolerate being yelled at and disrespected.....Do yourself a huge favor and find another heating and air company........
