Dr. Holliday is very rude and has no idea what he is talking about. He talks to you like you are stupid!
Dr. Abassi on the other hand is great!

Dr Abbasi is the most compassionate doctor i've ever met. Brilliant. He is like family to us. He diagnosed a rare condition in my father which saved his life. DO NOT SEE CHUCK. As for Dr Abbasi ONLY

I've been going to Dr. Abassi for 7 years since moving to Covington from Florida, and even though I have moved to Atlanta now I still make the 40-minute drive to see him. While the wait times can be a bit long, he is one of the smartest doctor's I've ever seen!

Dr.Holloway was rude, angry and placed me on medications I had no business being on. When I made an appointment due to some scary issues I was having, he left me waiting for two hours and then rudely told me it was all psychosomatic. I felt too intimidated to go back. Not to mention, the front staff is overwhelmingly rude and inconsiderate. Learn how to smile and show some patient care, ladies. Those issues, I later discovered, were due to the medicine he decided to place me on. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr Abbasi is the first doctor I've gone to. He actually listens to you unlike most doctors. My whole family now goes there. I had been having a rashon my face for years which had been mis diagnosed for years. He made the correct diagnosis and now it's gone! His staff is the best!!! Best doctor, I've ever seen!!!

This was my second time coming here the first time the receptionist just as rude and was going and back forth with me about my dediductable which I didn't have... The dr proceeded to tell me about how his staff was incompetent and asked me if I wanted to work there. No thanks ... Today was my f/u from a hospital visit for lung pain and the first thing the dr says is you missed 2 appts and I don't give out pain medication and pleurisy is not dangerous and can't harm you I am not sure what you want me to do??!? Really my insurance is paying $300 for you to tell me what do I want you to do?!?? Then Another Male dr came in without permission so now I have 2 men and no women in my exam room and Dr Abassi non chalantly just sent my prescriptions to a pharmacy I don't go to and I didn't know what they were until I complained and then finally and received paper prescriptions for something totally different than what he said!!! I will be taking this complaint to the BBB!!

Not a great place to go. The Staff will tell they will call back if you want to talk to them but we need to call them back again to remind them

Dr. Abbasi and Alliance are the best!!! We all want the best healthcare. There are not many doctors that are doctors because they are humanitarians anymore. They rush you out for the next office fee. Dr Abbasi takes his time to listen and explain. Everyone is important to him and he loves what he does. He loves people. He is also very up to date on the latest in healthcare. The staff are all friendly and courteous and the facility is clean and inviting. His is the best clinic in the area hands down!!!!!

By the way,....... If you have a problem with Holloway, why slam and low rate Abbasi and the whole clinic healing your area? Why not just review Holloway???????

"dr. holloway" is NOT A DOCTOR! he is nothing but a physician's assistant (it is possible i am misinformed, he may be a nurse practitioner, but i have not ever met a nurse practitioner with his level of incompetence.) who can see patients when the doctor is not there and has limited duties that he is allowed by law to perform when doctor is not on premises.. i can't express how strongly i agree with the negative comments about this individual. he should be dismissed from the medical profession and never allowed to function in any capacity within the medical arena. he is unbelievably rude but the most dangerous thing about this man is that he thinks he knows things that he is utterly clueless about and this can have devastating results, potentially deadly results for the patient that he "treats" who doesn't understand the situation, and trusts that this man knows what he is doing. and clearly, patients are led to believe he is a "real doctor". i have never met dr. abassi, but i do believe he is an excellent dr. and is ruining his practice and reputation by allowing MR. holloway to act as his assistant. my experience with the office staff was quite pleasant. i believe holloway is perhaps suffering from some mental illness or other behavioral issue (abnormality). the way he treated me was so bizarre, i was in shock. i have never experienced anything like him in my whole life, patient care. steer clear!!!!

Do not recommend the doctor Charles w. Holloway too meant. Only care is about your money,not about your health nurses are not professional white girls w/fake smiles,never gonna go back to this place.

No real Physician

The wait is crazy. My wife went here 3 times during a 8 month period. She is disabled. They sent her a certified letter stating they can no longer provide care for her because she requires more then they care to provide. You never see the Doctor anyway, only the assistant.

The office staff is not friendly, the wait times are outrageous, and when the doctor it's actually in the office, he didn't listen very well. Every time I've had an appointment, the girls at the front desk ignore me, I'm in the waiting room for about an hour because they overbook, and I've had to return because they lost my urine sample so I had to give another. Do not waste your time!!

I am new to the area and a friend of mine recommended Dr. Holloway to me when I got sick. She has been a patient of his for a while and really likes him. I did not have an appointment, but the receptionist told me that he would work me in as a walk-in. The waiting room was full and there were a lot of people and I had to wait for about an hour. But the nurses were nice and explained the delay. And even though I could tell Dr. Holloway was really busy, when came in he did not rush and was very thorough and easy to talk to. He took a great deal of time with both me and my wife and made certain that everything I needed was taken care of. I was impressed that he took the time to sort through all my old medications from my old doctor to make certain that I really needed to be taking them. I have been to doctors that rush in and rush out and barely talk to me. That did not happen here. Then he personally called me a few days later to talk to me about my blood-work that had come in. My wife is now his patient too. Both of us are very happy with Dr. Holloway and with the office staff. My only complaint is that the office is always very busy and sometimes we have to wait. But the care that I get there is excellent and worth the wait.

Dr Abbasi and his staff are the best. He has the best bedside manners a doctor could ever have.
