The store was supposed to open at 9am today, so I waited outside from 9am until 10:10am. Called store, no answer. Called corporate office and there was a 30 min wait time to speak with some. No one ever arrived, so I will NEVER be shopping there again!

This location is THE WORST. Sadly it's all because of the manager, he is by far THE RUDEST person I have EVER come across in my LIFE! He is like this consistently every time I come in the store! I have never been anything but nice to him! He ALONE makes me HATE GameStop and NEVER want to shop there again! Get rid of him, trust me you will gain a lot more customers!!!!
