I try to be fair but....... I have been to this store a couple of times and each time there are issues.They do match prices on tires which is great but the post service is lousy.After leaving the store with new tires noticed a wobble in the front ( in less than 20 miles), stopped truck and noticed locking lug missing and 90% of the other lug nuts loose.Took back to Kauffman and manager asked if he could just put a regular lug nut instead of a locking one, i said absolutely not so he had to order a new set.Forward 7000 miles ,my next tire rotation and service.Called ahead ,was told bring in it no problem.Got there 7 people ahead of me in line,manager which is up front with 1 other Kauffman employee now leaves to go out and put windshield wiper blades on a car.WHAT!!! so we are all waiting now for him to come back inside to help the next one in line.RIDICULOUS.Come on Kauffman get your act together.

tires were mounted properly, but no care was made to the correct tire pressure. each tire had a different pressure, ranging from 35psi to 45psi. they didn't even bother to clean off the mounting grease from the wheel. slobs
