Most awful nail job ever!!! I've had a bad experience previously but decided to give them a second chance. Never again!! My nails and toes look horrible. I had to tell the nail tech to get the finger nail polish off the side of my nails and then when I got home, had to get more polish off of my nails and toes! Buyer beware!! Not worth the money!

I have been going to this salon for years. Unfortunately, the owner seems to be trying to make money and the quality of work is not good. The gel manicure only last a few days. When I went back to ask about the manicure a week later, the owner yelled and said "it look good, it look good!" I could not believe the unprofessional response. I will not spend any money at this salon again.

I enjoyed my visit here but the gel polish didn't even last a week! That's not cool for 20.00 polish! I don't think I will go back.

Had a Great experience...Got deluxe Mani and a Pedi and eye brows waxed.....Felt like a Queen and nails never looked better ...There were 7 of us that went together and it was a Blast

Everyone is always friendly and they do a GREAT job...I converted to this salon from another one in Covington and Kim's is the best hands down!! To the person with the loyalty card that expected a free fill...my loyalty card clearly states that the max value is $13.

One of the workers was ordering motercycle insurance while doing my pedicure. They used a color I didn't ask for and despite being careful the nail polish did not even last a day.
