THE POINT IS YOUR FOOD IS GARBAGE AND YOU NEED TO BE HUMBLE WITH A BUSINESS THAT WILL FAIL WITHIN 6 MONTHS....FOR A CUSTOMER TO THROW AWAY FOOD THAT YOU CLAIM TO BE TASTY YOU STILL DONT GET IT.......IT IS NOT EDIBLE...I ATE AT YOUR RESTAURANT AND I OVERHEARD YOU TELLING A MALE CUSTOMER THAT IS DOESN'T HAVE TO BE GREAT AS LONG AS ITS GOOD..WHO SAYS THAT REALLY????........ITS SHOW THAT YOU DON'T CARE 2 FARTS ABOUT GOOD FOOD..........DO YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT GOOD FOOD IS........IT IS OBVIOUS YOU DON'T................YOUR BUSINESS WILL BE A MEMORY REALLY SOON .....YOUR BREAD IS STALE AND UNTOASTED AND THE CHEAPEST NASTIEST BREAD EVER.....WHERE DID YOU GET IT THE DOG POUND?? THE LADY COOK THAT YOU HAD 2 MONTHS AGO IN YOUR SHACK IS NOT THERE NO MORE....YOU KNOW HOW I KNOW??? ITS SHOWS IN THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD THAT IS BEING PREPARED WHICH HAS CHANGED DRASTICALLY.....SO INSTEAD OF BEING A WISE GUY WITH A REVIEWER.......GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER AND STOP TALKING RUDE TO FORMER OR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS SINCE YOURS IS A FLOP AND GET A BETTER COOK. We are sorry to disappoint you "tastematters". We never boil our ribs. We use a combination of charcoal and applewood. Our ribs are smoked for a period of 4-5 hrs over direct heat. Our smoking temp. ranges from 230-250 degrees. Before we smoke our ribs, we marinate our ribs for 24 hrs , removing the membrane from the backside of the ribs to ensure tender ribs. Now you know "tastematters"! We have nothing to hide. We might not have the best ribs, but we have good ribs! So, please come back and try our food again! Thank you for your comment!

the ribs were awful..no smoke flavor at all..taste like they were boiled..old stale bread..I was the only customer in business..wonder why???? Save your money...anyone who would give customer some old crust bread with tasteless meat needs to find a new business..i wanted to drive back and give it back..but instead i threw it away and decided to give the business some free advertisement... SHAME on you KMJ...you will be out of business soon..
