Please dont live here i lived in magnolia heights for a year someone kicked my back door in. The management put a board in front of my back door for a week and that was unsafe ! The management was snobby and uncaring and offered to move me on a third floor they did not have any regard for human lives i could not move on a third floor. No it wasnt there fault someone broke in my place but they did not even offer sympothy. Samantha was the manager and i always paid myrent. On time. Snobby. Uncaring andi would advise anyone wanting to move there. DONT !!

I would never ever live here or refer anyone to live here I have lived in two different units and both have a serious MOLD ISSUES throughout thee whole apartments not only my apartment but other units in the complex. I have had to through away shoes, clothes, handbags and book that were in my closest, the window seals and around the patio door has MOLD around them and my appartment smells like MOLD and MELDW as well as everthing in this appartment clothes, coats, shoes, funiture, bed linen , ect. Everything take my words for it because you will not get any help, I have called the CDC and the health dept. not helpful at all
