Founded in 1997, Middle Ridge Elementary School offers a range of academic options and extracurricular activities for students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. Its educational program includes instruction in writing, grammar, mathematics, science, social studies, music, art and physical education. The school maintains a media center and organizes science fairs. Middle Ridge Elementary School operates a computer laboratory, as well as provides clinic, speech therapy and guidance counseling services. It administers Drug Awareness and Resistance Education programs. The school maintains a parent-teacher-student organization that encourages parental involvement in children s education.
