We are in the process of purchasing a home and wanted only the best to come out and assess our septic tank. We called Paul's Septic Service and set-up everything. Mr. Paul Kendall was able to come out the very next day (today). The work was taken care of in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service! Had heard of Paul's services with good review from one of our neighbors. About six weeks later, our septic tank was overflowing into our yard. Called Paul and they came right out and pumped our tank. A few weeks later, another problem arose that I thought would be very costly. Paul again came right out and fixed problem no charge. Great service and more than fair price. Paul will always have my future business.

My wife was taking a shower when all of a sudden both of our toilets began to gurgle. Then water started leaking from the base of our master toilet. I jumped on the internet and immediately called one of those companies that claim to pump your tank for $159. When they arrived $159 turned to $3400. So I called Paul for a second opinion. His upfront pumping price of $350 was higher but honest and real. His tech,Ron, was able to jet clean my lines unstop my toilets and pump my tank for $625. The other company was almost 6x his price even though they seemed cheaper at first. So learn from my mistake. I will use Pauls from now on.

Ive used three or four different septic companies over the past 20 years. Luckily my search for a good company ended when I called Paul. The technician, Ron, thoroughly explained my system to me and cleaned up so nicely when the job was complete. Thanks Ron and Paul.

Our septic tank flooded the basement. I panicked but remembered I had just saw Pauls truck at our neighbors a few days earlier. I called my neighbor and she highly recommended Paul so I gave him a call. Within two hours Paul was at my house and about an hour after that my problem was resolved. Called last night with an emergency, and Paul's Septic was out fixing the problem early this morning. Found out the original installer failed to put a disposable filter in the box installed for one, so they installed a better one that can be serviced easily. They're professional and friendly, and I feel we got a fair price. Will use again.

A year ago we had a so called Big company come out and pump out our septic tank and after all was said and done it the price jumped up to over $1000. When Paul's opened up our tank it looked like it hasn't been opened in 10 years. Ron and Lil Ron pumped it out and back washed it till it was clean and for half the price. We will only use Paul's from now on and recommend them to all our friends and family

I fell for one of the cheap priced companies at first. When they arrived, their $189 special jumped to $3200. I was terrified. Saved by Paul's Septic. Paul came out and serviced our tank today, pumped tank for the exact price he quoted me over the phone, found a cracked pipe and was able to repair it on the spot. Great communication, would highly recommend this company.
