Its asphalt pavement analyzer product is a multifunctional loaded wheel tester used for valuating permanent deformation, fatigue cracking and moisture susceptibility of both hot and cold asphalt mixes. Formed in the spring of 1996, Pavement Technology has a manufacturing facility located in Covington, Ga.
