Ron's Appliance Repair SUCKS!! A friend referred me to him. He said he was good. He put some part in my ice maker but it never made ice. I called him back. This time he ordered & put in a new ice maker. It didn't work either. What he didn't notice was that the ice dispenser was loose & air was going back up into the ice maker & froze the ice maker. I have spent small fortune on bagged ice. I called & called Ron but he never answered. When I finally got hold of him, he said he wasn't home but that I called too many times & refused to come back. He had told me though that he never calls anyone back. He said, " If people want me, they will call back." Well, can't call back too much cause he won't call you back anyway. So I called Stainy's Appliance Repair. Wayne really seemed to know what he was doing. He WANTS me to call him. He told me to call him in the morning to let him know if I have ice. He made me promise to call him whether I had ice or not. Now that's the way I like to do business. He actually cares, RON!!!

Had this local company out twice in less than 3 weeks for refrigerator repairs, $180.00 with no solution to the problem, & was told our dryer was "bad" when I turned it on & the light surged. It was actually the electric wired to house, damaged by squirrels. When I called after second visit, & informed Ron the ice cream was still melted, he paused, & I asked if I should wait another 24 hours & see what happens? Sure he said, call me back.... Really?!? How bout CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP??? NEVER AGAIN, Ron, NEVER AGAIN....
