Nothing special. Average Wal-Mart . No help from employees. I went in at night. Stock people have isles blocked . No effort to move. Bread guy especially bad.

They totally messed up my car and then worse failed to accept responsibility for it. The manager that attempted to resolve the situation spoke lies throughout the conversation in an attempt to cover up their mistake...I am disgusted by the whole ordeal and regret that I had the poor judgement to take my car to walmart for an oil change...i figured they couldn't mess up an oil change could multi-task and take care of some shopping" boy was I wrong...Horrible experience...tacky management...wasn't the auto manager but he was a manager at the store...i guess...but from the conversation he sounded more like an employee playing manager because his whole attitude and demeanor was baiting, petty and trifling. I guess you can gather from this review...I am not a happy Walmart customer at this time.

Customer service in sporting goods is terrible! Always!

It's been over 60 days now since I went to your vision center and ordered a pair of cable temples for the frames I purchased in your store. I've stopped in the store twice and called again today and got the same run around each time. I'm told the manager orders these items and she has been sick so no one has taken charge. I think that someone should be put in charge and held accountable when a manager has been away from work this long. It makes me question whether I will order any more eyeglasses from your store.

Friendly customer service clean restrooms . Way to go.
