The Housing Authority of Covington, Kentucky was started in 1937 and works to provide housing opportunities for individuals and families. It employs a staff of more than 50 full-time personnel and operates over 900 apartments. The authority maintains an operations department that is responsible for day-to-day processes pertaining to admissions, the determination of continued eligibility and property management.
