Buyer BEWARE! I've had nothing but a nightmare with Rentz. They hire incompetent contractors, snow removal is a joke, they never landscape our community. I have spoken to numerous neighbors and their HOA payments have been late or missing. The money is out of their account but funny enough, Rentz cannot find the check or have credited the correct accounts. They only play community politics and choice their favorites and screw the rest of us! NIGHTMARE! Please do your research before you buy a home or condo that they "manage!"

Rentz Management continues to ignore and neglect our requests for the replacement of a sky light that is broken in our bedroom and is located above our bed.
They deflect to the Tall Trees Association and as of December 14, 2015 there has not been a resolution as to the payment of this replacement.
A company has been to our condo and told us and Rentz Management that the sky light needs to be replaced, but the Association and Rentz Management have not taken action to remedy this hazard.
This blatant neglect of a hazardous situation is another example of the inaction of Rentz Management and Tall Trees Association to pay for and replace the sky light.
Additionally there is a precedent set already. The members of the Association continue to be callus, ineffective and inefficient in dealing with ANY repair issues from homeowners.

Incompetent. That sums up Rentz Management. I had a MASSIVE fire at my condo 68 days ago. My neighbor was killed and my house sustain severe damages. I have heard nothing from them. They refuse to answer my emails and my phone calls. NOTHING has been done to my property. Let me be clear - there is still glass and debris (a public DANGER) sitting in my yard. They blame everyone but themselves. It is excuse after excuse but of course - I only heard those through my neighbors because they won't talk to me and tell me what's happening. I want to sue them but I can't. I actually have to sue the HOA and that only hurts the community. But they don't care about the community. They care about only themselves and they LIE to cover up their incompetence. Do not EVER hire this company. If you do - you will pay for it in the end. They should not even be in business!!
