I went in for 3 extractions. Before I even had them done, she told me she could only give me one prescription for pain medicine and to not call her for another one. she gave me one script of 12 Norco 5 mg and told me that was all i get. i am now 2 days into my extractions with no pain meds left and am in bad pain!! she was rude, unlady like, rough, and absolutely horrible. Rudest dr i have ever met in my life. cant even call her to tell her how much pain im in bc shes closed on friday through sunday. BULLSHIT!!!

Terrible customer service. Never told we needed to remove earrings. Earring was stuck, and told us they didn't have anything to cut it off. Guess she doesn't do braces? Drove home cut off earring, came back 20 min round trip. Door is locked so they could take a long lunch. Much like the other ratings you see of this dentist, they are terrible. Find someone else!

Awful service!!!! I’ve never met a dentist let alone a person that was so rude in my life!!! Tracey Butler Ross is a horrible excuse for a human being!! she was extremely rude to me. Don’t even try her office.
