Provided by YP.comCame in Saturday night a little after eight. 1/9/16.
My fiance and I were greeted by a polite woman who helped us find a table to sit at for the playoff game. She said she wasn't going to be our server but asked us what we would like to drink. The place was dead. There was a party of about ten to fifteen next to us and one other table with a few people at the bar. Nothing seemed hectic. After some time, our server comes over seeming stressed and says to us that she's sorry for the wait but she is training an idiot. She literally said she was training an idiot. We thought we mis-heard her so asked her what she said and she said it again. I was in shock and wanted to leave right then and there, but my fiance ordered an appetizer. We saw our server bring out some food for the party and went up to them and said, "uh I think these are fried mushrooms, but they could be mozzarella sticks." Then, we saw the "idiot", who was the polite girl who helped us leave. Our server came up to us relieved and said, "My idiot is gone, so I'm trying to get caught up now." She then told us our appetizer will come up soon, but she is going to wait to take our order until our app comes out so that we will have everything as normal as possible. Why she controlled when we ordered is beyond me as oppose to asking us. I couldn't believe how rude she was talking about the new person. I've served, bartended, and know common sense; you don't talk to customers like that. Why she felt it was okay to come up to us and vent and call someone an idiot multiple times and then tell us when we were going to order our food is beyond me. That was the last straw and as she walked away from our table, we walked out of the store. I hope that she would understand that we left because of her. After all of that and the bad tasting water, we didn't even care to try out appetizer and left before it ever left their kitchen.

Provided by YP.comI went to the Tickets Sports Cafe last night as a friend told me they were under new ownership and management. I used to be a regular many years ago as the service and quality went down hill. I have always liked the building so I was excited to meet the new management team. They have really cleaned the place up and are planning some exciting events and promotions. I look forward to spending many quality hours at this establishment.
