Hired Jose at one timr for several projects. Very nice person and capable handyman. I can not recommend him for tile work unless you are experienced and can double check him as the work progresses. He is more than willing to fix mistakes as they are pointed out but pointing them out should not be the responsibility of the homeowner.

My husband met Jose at the lumber yard while looking for materials and cost estimates to do our back patio and roof renovation himself (who was he kidding?!) while he looked around, he met Jose. they engaged in very casual conversation and my husband began to tell him what he wanted to do. Jose, didn't try to sell him his services at all, he began to tell my husband in detail what he would need to do and the materials he needed and offered to help him look around. When my husband figured that he knew a thing or two, he asked him what he did and why he knew so much (on his way out) Jose humbly told him that renovations, back yard projects and all sorts of things is what he did. At that point, my husband asked him for his card. I am so glad he did!



If anything, you should call Jose and get an estimate. We found his pricing to be extremely reasonable. We are glad we did! Here are a few of the reasons:

1) his job estimate was through and he told us upfront where the costs were associated with the job

2) his subcontractors that came to do a couple of things were professional, cleaned up after themselves (a huge plus) and were actually working

3) when we chose to upgrade something Jose immediately went to find out the costs for the materials and gave us an estimate -he didn't just go do what we said and then stick us with a bill

4) they actually showed up the days they said they would, ON TIME, and worked long days (no 2-3hour lunches or gone after lunch)

5) our back patio now has a great roof over it, we have electrical and this week he is returning to install additional electrical for my stove.

We couldn't be happier.

Jose did a wonderful job rewiring my pool house and getting it up to code! Work was done neatly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Jose did a fabulous job on our Outdoor Gourmet Kitchen. We are ready to host our next event!! He is an honest hard worker.
