Friendly staff, Dr. Gianoli was very informative, friendly and down to earth. We feel very privileged to have had him perform the surgery.

The entire staff was friendly, attentive and helpful with every question I had. This was easily one of the best experiences I have had at a specialist in my 4 years of seeking treatment. I would absolutely recommended Dr. Gianoli and his team.

Dr. Gianoli is a master diagnostician and takes his time explaining everything to you and answering all of your questions. He is ridiculously easy to get in touch with and even gives his surgery patients his cell phone number. He texted with me on Christmas Eve one year and ended up calling me in a prescription over the holidays. He is a genuine, caring person who has a great bedside manner.

Dr Gianoli. and his staff are the best, very knowledgeable, compassionate and my quality of life is great because of Dr Gianoli's care. He listens to me and understands my needs and always explains medical reasoning for my symptoms.

My apt went smoothly. After seeing several doctors with no answers, I was very impressed with all the thorough testing that was done to evaluate my symptoms. Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. My diagnosis was explained very well with options on treatment. Dr. Gianoli was very kind.

Staff was all so courteous and very helpful in answering all my questions with all the testing. Dr Gianoli worked with me in all my health concerns and now I have a great idea of my issues and will be working with Dr to continue a conservative course of treatment. So glad for all you do. Of course the tests were not pleasant. The hardest thing for me the first day was I was freezing most of the time. Wore warm clothes today and was still a little cold but it was tolerable. Did not feel as bad after the tests as I thought I might

Dr. Gianoli and his staff are incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gianoli not only diagnosed a very rare disorder affecting my hearing and balance, but successfully treated it restoring my hearing. The audiologist, nurses, and staff are phenomenal.

Whole staff were very helpful and talked me through every test and were sure to make sure I was comfortable and did not need anything. Dr. Gianoli has a great way of explaining things-- meaning he can break things down to be understood and communicate difficult concepts very well. He also took a lot of time with me and made sure he knew my complete history and talked to me in a lot of detail. He is friendly and easy to talk to. This was definitely worth the trip down here...
