Sloppy Work - Lost Clothing

My wife had been using these cleaners for a few years in spite of their sloppy work. I started taking my clothes here too but was not satisfied with the quality of the work at all. Recently they lost her worn-once expensive dress and we cannot locate the dry cleaning ticket for it. They refuse to pay any reparations towards in spite of my wife's customer loyalty and in fact the clerk at the store was rude about it. They will get no more of our business.

Be prepared to pay these cleaners for destroying your clothes! First time I went there, they put a hole in suit pants and ripped the hem out of a pant leg. And good luck getting them to fix their damage. First time was the last time.

Very disappointed. They cleaned a prom dress, lost rhinestones, shrunk the skirt do its not the same length as the dress and changed it from a white to an aged yellow.

Lost four brand new men's shirts and wont even return a phone call.

Don't go here, unless you want to waste your money. They said "we don't guarantee stains." Well, the stains were exactly the same after dry cleaning, like they did nothing. I cleaned the stains myself, now they're gone.
