Provided by YP.comThey came out to “fix” our fountain. Had to return 2 hours later because it wasn’t working again. Less than a month later....it wasn’t working again! Same problem...and they wanted me to pay for another visit ($120)!!!! Now I know how they make their money.

Provided by YP.comThink carefully before you hire Pond Man to install a fountain. We paid to install in a garden bed. The fountain shifted and was no longer level one month later. We called Pond Man and they do not stand behind their installation. They claimed it shifted because of the rain and that they had no responsibility. Apparently, a level installation is not guaranteed by Pond Man. Might as well install it yourself. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
