I ordered an embroidery hoop from this company.
When I tried to return it they have me the runaround. When I wrote them a note expressing my disappointment in their customer service this is the response
I got word for word (copied and pasted.) I was shocked.
"Ok then you can send it back pay the shipping, and I will take it back and what ever the freight was to ship to you then you can pay that to. I will credit the balance.
That way I do not need to pay for a stupid mistake that you made . You order it and expect my company should pay for your error.
Now you think about it. do you run a business that can just take thing back and eat all the cost for freight?
Sorry I told you about this special order.
Then you say you do not or will not order again shame on you.
I told you a would give a the best price anytime you needed anything. Some people you can never make happy.
Let me know now what you want to do. This will amount to about 6 dollars when you figure it out what the freight is.
Quit crying and let get this over with.I will write a bad review about you if you do it to me I promise I know how.

More Danish have had huge mysterious drawings from their bank accounts after online ordering of sewing supplies. Please be warned of credit card fraud!

I had a great experience with this company. Sammy made me a great deal. Did not try to sell me something I didnt need. His staff gave me the basic training to start me off and were very nice and friendly . Sammy even overnited me something that I forgot. I highly recommend this company!

I purchased a second hand machine from Precision recently. I was told it was serviced when I purchased it, but it was not. I was charged $125.00 for service. I had to take the machine for a problem and told that I must pay $125.00 again even though it was less than a year. When I purchased the machine, they loaded me down with supplied to purchase. When I realized I didn't need all that I bought and returned a couple of item, they weren't near as friendly. I will never purchase from this business again.

Once again precision came through for me in a pinch. My machine had stopped on me in the middle of an important project for someone else. The owner stayed after hours on a Friday night to get my machine running. I've been a customer of theirs for years. Very knowledgable and helpful. p. l.covington, la.

Poor service. I placed an order online, paying for expedited service. The day I was expecting to recieve my order, I recieved a call from the manufasterer they were using with a question and told that there was no way my order would be expedited. When I called Precision Sewing Machines, I was told that the expedited service "would have been more" than they had listed anyways. They were not helpful or at all apologetic about the situation either. It took longer than it should have for my refund as well, which held up my ordering from another vendor. VERY disapointed.
