Great selection, friendly employees and very competitive prices! Most of my furniture is from Sellman's and I highly recommend checking them out!

I went to Sellman’s to purchase a snuggler recliner for my husband’s Christmas present; I placed the order the first week of November. I was guaranteed that the chair would be in for the holidays. A week before Christmas I became worried because I had not heard a word from the company. I called them and got a major run around! They would not return my calls & I had to keep calling them. I was finally told that the chair would not be in before the 1st of the year! So was very upset and decide it would be best to handle this matter in personal, so I went in on 12-31-09 to talk to someone and find out when the chair would be in. Instead the lady “helping” me decided to talk down to me and be overall rude! They finally called the next day to inform me that after 8-9 weeks the chair had not even left the factory. We cancelled the order! I understand that things get backordered, especially around the holidays, but they should still have good customer service, not give people the run around, and never be rude on the phone or in person!



I did find a very nice company to work with out of Englewood.

I was very impressed and suprised to find out that Sellman's was so large. This is by far one of the best kept secrets in Ohio. They had so many choices at great prices. The sales staff was so kind and helpful but did not pressure me to buy something. Instead I was actually allowed to look around and take my time.



I would highly recommend shopping at Sellman's.
