I don't know about service bcuz I can't find a mailing address. I quit smoking 7 mos ago and the only thing that's kept me sane is blow pops. I've spent a fortune on the bags of suckers but I'm losing money daily. I can't eat the sour apple, watermelon or blue raspberry. Every bag is overkill on those flavors. I can only eat the cherry & strawberry but getting those flavors is a crap shoot. I donate the suckers I can't eat to the residents in my building. My daughter ordered twice 2 boxes of only cherry online but the suckers are so tiny.
I just find it so aggravating that it is almost impossible to get cherry suckers. Sometimes I end up with a whole bag that doesn't have one cherry flavor in it.
I may be saving my physical health & money from no longer smoking but I'm losing my mental health and money over this blow pop dilemma. One might suggest another cherry sucker but blow pop is the best tasting. Too bad it has to be so complicated. Dear Charms, help!

I just bought a bag of blow pots and they tasted stale, so I looked on the bag for a expiration date, I could only find 1 # ending in 15... it is 2016...I think they have expired. :/ They don't have much taste.

My wife who loves your charm blow pops, She was going to have one this afternoon and opened a purple one and discovered a long brown human hair stuck to it so she threw it out than to her surprise she opened the second purple one we got and bam the same thing a long brown human hair stuck to the second one too. Maybe you should have your employees wear hair nets and we will buy tootsie roll pop's for now on. You may need better QC. Have a good day.
