Great place. They called me the day before to confirm the delivery and the arrangement looked wonderful. My wife loved them.

I'm giving them 1 star only because they do in fact sell flowers. Other than that, this is a horrible business. I called to speak with them about the services they offer for weddings. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me that she didn't have time to sit on the phone to give me this information because they have Mother's Day coming up. It would have taken all of 3 minutes to simply tell me the services they offer or schedule a conveinent time for her to able to do so. I was appalled at how incredibly rude this woman was. I'm a wedding coordinator. I wanted to call and get a feel about them to see if I wanted to add them to my preferred vendor list. She basically told me I was wasting her time. I will not be referring my clients to this business and suggest others stay away as well. For someone that works in customer service, she was very disrespectful and seemed to have a false sense of entitlement that would allow her to speak to someone in that way. I'd send a client to a grocery store for flowers before sending them here. I would feel terrible sending someone there if they treat everyone they encounter with that same attitude.
