The Covington post office is by far the worst and most incompetent service that this company has ever had the dis pleasure in being associated with. First,they have NEVER been on time with a partial ( NOT EVEN CLOSE!),and when you do catch them ,they lie. The postman ,if they do put our mail in our post box, sometimes they get it wrong. This I can understand since our box is about six inches from where it is sometimes delivered. The postmaster thinks that it is just some kind of a joke that your mail wasn't delivered or was delivered wrong.

The worst part of it is that you have NO ONE to complain to in an attempt to get things right.

The other day, I did get trough to a supervisor at their 800 number , and was rudely informed that I could have had my partials sent by another carrier ( as we know that this is some times not possible when a distributor automatically sends by usps.We are trying to convince ALL of our distributors to start sending by FexX or UPS instead of causing their customers to have to plat the WILL-I-GET-IT game and if so WHEN. The postal service has gone down immeasurably since Ben Franklin and as a business, we find it hard to depend on them anymore since we ship and receive many partials. Pleas don't fall into despair by using them if you do have another alternative.
